Hosted annually since 2005, RISE Ministries’ flagship event began as a bold step of faith to bring high-quality, Christ-centered music to northwest Iowa. Since then, it’s grown into one of the region’s most impactful family events: a two-day music festival drawing thousands each year.

RISE with Rob & Friends

Inspired by Nashville “Writers’ Rounds,” RISE with Rob & Friends blends music and storytelling into an evening that feels personal, honest, and deeply encouraging.

In 2024, audiences heard from singer-songwriters including Matt Maher, Patrick Mayberry, Natalie Layne, Micah Tyler, and Emerson Day. Each artist shared not only their music, but the heart and stories behind the songs: the doubts, the breakthroughs, the prayers that shaped the lyrics. Throughout the night, Rob shares a message centered on reclaiming what matters most. He reminds audiences that they are fully known, loved, and chosen by God.

RISE with Rob & Friends has reached audiences across Iowa, South Dakota, and Minnesota.
